Chase and James did a fantastic job on my fireplaces. One had a major issue that they repaired perfectly and the other just needed cleaning and service. They were both polite and helpful, answering all my questions and they didn’t leave a speck of dirt in my home. They will be my “go to” fireplace service company from now on. Missy, the office scheduler got me an appointment right away, kept in touch and was extremely helpful and friendly as well. I was very pleased with my service!

David Creason came promptly and checked my wood-burning stove; he told me exactly what needed to be done, ordered the correct parts and returned on schedule to clean, repair and seal off the roof around the vent, and generally make the stove ready for the winter. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism, and would highly recommend him to others who need work done.

We had our home fireplace serviced and David and Jack came to solve our gas log problem. Very quick and courteous and got us up and running again! They even put our ceramic logs in the correct order since we messed them up and couldn’t remember how they went! Will keep this company in my phone for the future!
