Better price than other estimate. James and Chase are great guys- they are professional, friendly, polite and easy to talk to. They know their trade and convey it in a very easy to understand way. They repaired my chimney in a day and left the place clean and tidy. They answered all my questions and were so helpful. I will be calling on them in the future to help with other projects.

I used The Fire Place to service our gas logs. Our logs are fairly old and we hadn't used them in awhile. I contacted The Fire Place and worked with Susan, over the phone, to schedule (who offered wonderful customer service from start to finish). David was the The Fire Place expert sent to our home. David was professional and knowledgable of our system. The logs looked brand new when David left our home. Lastly, David came back to our home for a second visit to answer a few more questions about how to work our older model of logs. I recommend The Fire Place and look forward to working with them if I need fire place services again. Overall... customer service was impeccable!!!

I was having issues with only producing a small flame. James Whitice knew exactly how to get my flame to grow to heights unseen. He serviced me real good and even cleaned out my soot pipe!! Highly recommended

AMAZING…. From the initial inspection by Chase, the coordination between Nick and David regarding the product selection for our application, and the installation by Justin, Jacob, and David – we are thrilled with our new fireplace. The professionalism from the first visit through the final installation (Nick returning to our home to show me how to remove the safety screen) the service was impeccable. I would rate this company AAA+ and will be utilizing them for our future HVAC requirements.

All around great experience. They had the earliest appointment date of the 3 places I called. They gave a 3 hour window on the date and showed up exactly at the earliest possible time in the window. James was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes, explained the best way to fix it (most cost effective), and was on his way. Will definitely call them in the future for any fireplace services.
